The official SF311 app for reporting quality of life issues

The official SF311 app for residents and visitors to San Francisco allows users to quickly and easily report quality of life issues by sending pictures, a brief description, and a map based location. Whether reporting issues such as graffiti, potholes, or street cleaning, the app will route requests directly to the appropriate servicing agency for quicker response time. The user can view the status of the case in the app and receive a notification of its completion.Bug fixes.

Should not get even one star. Installed on Android 10 OS Requires user to drag little man on map to location of complaint, wouldn't work, even with phones location setting turned on, little man refused to go to reported address. showed wrong location, my call to 311 to follow up on my experience with 311 app showed just how bad and how using the phone app was instrumental in delays in resolving my complaint. Absolutely worthless on my Android 10 OS. Call 311 instead. Save the frustration...

Have a Samsung Galaxy S4 (MK2 4.3 version). After updating I cannot view any requests, including my own. Please fix. ------------------ Found a fixed. I had to remove the program and installed it again.

Convenient way to file issues with the public works department. I just wish it would let you set the location and then finish writing up the issue while you're walking instead of auto-updating it.

Very helpful app

Excellent app. Very user friendly and submitted requests are responded to in a timely manner. What needs improvement? Add date of request, assigned agency and resolution (with date) to the request record display.

Chris Wagner

It will not get my correct location and when I try to enter it manually it reverts back to the bad location or if it actually stays and doesn't change back it will change my location address to a completely different address when I hit submit. No way of correcting it or editing it. You have to try again with a whole new request. I can't believe you can't tell by all the duplicate submissions only thing that is different is the location address.

After their 12/15/2020 update for "bug fixes", the app is now broken.
